Absolutely best car rent experience. I rented the car for 5 days and it was the best rental car experience ever. We got the car delivered to our address in Sarajevo very quickly and accurately. The guy delivering the car was friendly, explained everything and was helpful. Communication throughout the rental process was impeccable and explained the delivery procedures properly.

The car was very good. I got a 2025 Volkswagen Golf Diesel and automatic and it was a very nice car to drive on Bosnian roads and very fuel efficient. I drove through the mountains and Mostar, Kravice, Konjic, and Dubrovnik (they took care of all the necessary paperwork) the car handled everything well. The ride was very smooth and comfortable. The car had a very strong engine. Returning the car after the end of the rental period was very easy and hassle free (no extra or hidden charges)

The communication throughout was exceptional and everything was always explained and updates provided regularly. No company is ever going to get it 100% right 100% of the time. What sets a good company apart from an excellent one if how they deal with set backs. Unfortunately the car i hired was involved in an accident the day before it was due to be delivered - these things happen. Instead of leaving me without a car ACR arranged with another company to complete my hire and deal with everything and even provided me an additional booster seat without charge. Upon completion of the hire, without even requesting, ACR provided a partial refund for the inconvenience which was caused. I was extremely wary to deal with this company despite the reviews but I can wholeheartedly say the reviews are genuine and the company is fantastic. I visit bosnia frequently and will be using again and recommending to family and friends.

From landing at the airport, we received the car quickly (flight landed earlier than expected and they were kind enough to initiate the rental sooner! The car was very good, I got a 2025 Skoda Fabia and it was very clean, and very efficient on fuel. I drove through the mountains and Mostar, Kravice, Konjic and the car handled everything well. The roads in Bosnia are wide and well kept so the driving was very smooth, no broken or off-roads for tourist attractions which is a major plus.

We rented a car from them and were extremely satisfied with the service. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition.

According to the rental agreement, the car had to be returned at 9:00 AM, but our flight was not until 5:00 PM. We asked if we could extend the rental until 2:00 PM and offered to pay an additional fee. The staff agreed without any hesitation.

What impressed us even more was that when we returned the car, they not only refused to charge us extra, but also treated us to coffee. This level of service, hospitality, and genuine care for customers is very rare.

Without a doubt, the BEST car rental company in all of Sarajevo; they are incredibly professional, responsible, and respectful. Their punctuality and clarity are impeccable, and customer support is always available should any problem arise or if something happens (they never take more than 10 minutes to respond). At one point, someone tried to scam us with a parking fine, but the company spoke directly to the person threatening the penalty, and we ended up paying only a couple of euros. Truly top-notch service; their prices are very competitive, and best of all, they don't require credit cards or absurd security deposits. Value for money: 100/10.
